Project Overview
The owners had a fixed reopening date and a dated interior that no longer fit their brand. The building also needed updated electrical and plumbing to meet current code.
We planned the work in tight phases, upgraded the services, and rebuilt the dining room and bar with new finishes. The restaurant reopened on schedule with a space that feels fresh and works better for staff.
