Project Overview
This Little River family needed more space, but their lot sits in an area that floods during heavy storms. Any new construction had to sit well above the flood line and stand up to Gulf Coast weather.
We built the addition on a raised foundation, added site drainage, and installed a wind-rated roof with careful flashing and vapor barriers. The new space stays dry, cool, and comfortable all year.
